I suspect the idiot W.VA rep that live-streamed himself breaking in with the other idiots will face censure and possibly impeachment by the House. What I sadly recognize is that had they been BLM protesters doing all that, then it would have been a bloodbath. As it is, only a few of the idiots will face arrest and charges - and they will likely get a slap on the hand and released

As a Limey I would say that the worse day in USatian history was when a bunch of sore losers refused to accept the result of the election of 1860. But yesterday did run it close. Sadly, for me it came as no surprise. Back in the spring a woman from this site told me that she was feeling very proud of herself as she had just bought her first gun. I tried to make a joke of it and replied, "Why do you need a gun? The Redcoats aren't coming back anytime soon." To which she came back with, "I need a gun just in case Joe Biden wins the election, and we have to defend ourselves from his people." The mind boggles.

The guilty ones ...... Who is that exactly? Gee i thought the worst day was a real attack on american soil...like the attack on pearl harbor or 911 or the boston maraton bombings. Citizens protesting isnt a coup or invasion....there was no violence. If anything a dc cop killed a us veteran. Would you consider blm's attack on a federal building patriotic..how about establishing autonomous zones? Oh wait we cant have an honest discussion on blm without all the white people made out to be racist.

A truly sad day in American history, especially as the rest of the world watches a democracy on the edge of crumbling. In a few weeks, this event will be yet another super Covid19 spreader. Most of these people placed their family & co-workers at risk. This was TREASON and less than a century ago the penalty for treason was DEATH !! Has the been a Black Lives Matter situation, we'd be counting DEATHS & INJURIES. Trump would be calling names such as THUGS etc etc and calling for law & order !!! People within the capital would have left in hand cuffs on buses !! They wanted to hang VP Pence!!! OMG Now you've gone too far !!!
