Sounds This post will repeat in the first comment... Its been very hot in Southern California the past week and a half, and this weekend it was over 100 so play has been very limited. If you already tried cold and vibration, try a TENS (electricity). Very low at first; then, slowly increase to your liking. I think you'll like it
