Liner Notes

1. That's a fine bourbon/whiskey/brandy "crowned" cork on top of that wine bottle.
2. It comes with a plastic wrap seal around the cork, like you might find on a vitamin bottle.
3. So ... no wine opener needed.
4. Why hasn't this been done before? Why isn't it the standard?
5. I saw this about 4 months ago in my local liquor store, brought it to a party -- it was a huge hit. So obvious. So ... why am I only seeing this now?
6. If a crowned cork that is easily removable is good enough for $1000 bourbons and such, then it will certainly do for a 10 dollar bottle of wine.
7. And this blended Red was roundly cheered (though one can't screen for the cork euphoria).
8. A practical, working class, Red Truck kind of wine; available in Cabarnet, Pinot and Rose as well.
8. Why hasn't this been done before?
9. Have you seen something like this before (atop a wine bottle)?
8. Computational support from Digital Equipment Corporation.

So obvious, right?
Are you a wine drinker? Have you ever seen this before?

Thanks for visiting.

{
Ooops! Sorry about the errant numbering in the Liner Notes. The PDP-11 needs rebooting.
