Best way to use a plug

So when your getting used to a new size plug is it better to leave it in???? Or take it out and put it back in repeatedly?? And how for how long???

 I'd think out and in periodically to re-lubricate it. The body seems to absorb lube and then it just rubs/chafes.

 Are you still active on here if so I would love to get to know you better. I would think taking it in and out until you get used to it. Then you should be able to leave it in.
