We probably all built them as kids and/or with our kids at some point in time ... Well, I guess those of us that lived where it snowed. Building snowmen and having snowball fights was standard operating procedure for much of my youth .... Hell, I'd still love to have a good snowball fight. Not to brag, but I have a pretty good arm.

I remember building snowmen as a kid - It was about the first thing you did after a good snow. As you grew up a little, the first thing you did was shovel the sidewalk and driveway and then build a snowman. Those snowmen were pretty much the 'Frosty' sort ... Nothing too fancy. Creativity came with age.

You're right ... I've seen some photos of some very creative snowmen. I saw in the news this year where a couple built a huge snowman over a giant stump in their yard. Naturally, some smartass in a truck/car thought it would be a good idea to drive into it and obliterate it. Poor choice!! The stump didn't budge - I'd certainly like to see the front of that truck/car.

I'm thinking that might go in the 'Karma' category. There's still lots of winter left, so many of us might get the chance to yet build a snowman this year - Revisit our youth, so to speak. If so, I thought this photo might be inspirational to someone .... It surely goes in the 'Creative' category. What might a person use for nipples for the 'snowlady' do you suppose? I was thinking maybe two cherry Tootsie Roll Pops?

Now you know it took some time to make that snow scene!! I think some nice dates would be perfect nipples!

Yes, that would have taken significant time to make that pair of snow people ( politically correct speak ). LOL

Dates would work perfectly!

You lost me on shoveling the walks and driveway. My heart skips a beat just thinking of it.

I'm glad I'm in a more temperate zone. I've seen some blizzards but not much in the last 15 years, maybe 1 or 2 inches per winter.

They are a very creative snow couple. My heart would skip again if the car were mine and I started it up and heard " Hey, I'm F*ckin here!"

Normally we don't get too much snow here in Boise. This January we had an 'abby-normal' week and wound up with about 18 inches! I got my fill of shoveling sidewalks and my driveway ....

I'm not sure I'd have the heart to start up the car and ruin the snow couple. One would have to think this was done on one's own car - Maybe they know they'll be off for a few days.

Awhhhh. They didn't let your artistic abilities shine?

Right? Seems like a shame to me .... I would have liked to have seen it.
