calorie count

I come to the realization that anything that taste good has tons of calories..lol..
( I apologize if this is overtly boring to any of the readers..)

I'm into the first week of the new diet/exercise plan... I'm shooting to be on it for like 3 months....I need to drop some weight and get back into some sorta of fighting shape

BUT OMG if you want a sticker shock just look at the calorie content before you stuff it in your mouth..lol... I was feeling drained last night and wanted something sweet....and put back a fruit pie by hostess...like holy fuckkkkk that is like a hour worth of walking...

and I don't like walking that much..lol

There are alot of great things you can put in your mouth that are low cal people....like apples with some peanut butter on them..

what you thought I was gonna say penis?

check out the atkins.com they have tons of sugar free or low cal options for sweets if you need them. I make a sugar free crustless cheesecake which when I take into work or family functions dont tell them and it is gone in a heart beat. Or super simple, sugar free, gluten free banana oatmeal cookies. Great fiber content and good for you and super easy can curb that craving... http://powerhungry.com/2014/03/2-ingredient-oatmeal-cookies-gluten-free-sugar-free-vegan/
or if you crave Peanut butter here is another option. sugar free flour free peanut butter cookies..http://www.kalynskitchen.com/2007/10/recipe-for-flourless-sugar-free-peanut.html

The cheese cake I am making tomorrow for my team at working having to work mothers day ...
2 packages of cream cheese softened ( or use the whipped cream cheese even better )
2 cups of whipped cream
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/2 cup of sweetener of your choosing
2 packages whipped cream stiffener powder(not necessary but just makes it a little firmer)
fresh berries(strawberries, raspberries blueberries or blackberries or a mixture of your pleasure)
1 box of sugarfree jello( strawberry, cherry or raspberry)

1. whip the whipping cream, adding in the sweetener, vanilla and stiffener (no this is not helpful in making you stiffer. smiles) as the cream gets thicker
2. add in cream cheese blend until smooth thick creamy consistency
3. scoop out into 9x13 pan and smooth down.
4. top with sliced strawberries or other berry combinations you can get as creative as you like.
5. make the jello reducing the water amount you put in by about 1/2 a cup and let it cool a little but not to the point of setting then pour over the berries as your "glaze" put in fridge and allow the jello to set usually within an hour or 2
6 Enjoy, share

Pretty simple, light and refreshing and my team and family seem to have developed an addiction for it as I get asked often to make it for special occasions
can make in a smaller batch just half it and the sweetener can be increased or lowered according to your tastes . Taste it and see what suits you. And is wonderful for Dom/sub eat off your partner time too...grins
