My keto diet update😣


The one thing they forget to mention about the keto diet is your bathroom habits..

I assumed injesting coffe infused with butter and oil would literally give me the runs.

So after one cup..

Nothing?...so i progressed to one a day..mind you that is 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of butter..
In coffee😲😲😲😲... i should have been living on the toilet
Nothing...so then i had a 2nd one..

Nothing .. ironically just the coffee alone made me want to go..with lil results and relief

What they dont tell you...and yep..they want you to eat less than 20 g of carbs on this diet..is most of your fiber is found in carbs..so you will get constipated

So you should be drinking tons of water..buying fiber additives that you can mix in your water etc.

I mean i was well aware on constipation with the atkins diet. But i thought fuck with that oil and almonds ive been eating that everything would be fine.

It honestly took me three days of eating crappy fast food to right the ship.

So i need to take a step back and approach this from a more logical stand point..
The diet isnt " bad"..i really was starting to lose some weight. I just need to find a good compatible source of fiber that works well with my body to correct this problem.

I will also start off slower..maybe 2 keto coffees a week and see how that goes until my body adapts better.

But honestly folks the way i bricked up youd think i ate like a side of beef..

Who the f would think..oil,fat from butter, coffee,some simple protein ..i liked eating a can of sardines..would land lock a guy.

Mind you i never had any problems in this dept in the past.

And sure i get i was eating less and thus would be going to the bathroom less..makes sense
But im talking none at all..

And honestly i had no problem with just consuming less than 20 carbs a day.. i mean in terms of filling full.
I didnt feel hungry...the fat,the oil, the coffee actually satisified me and gave me energy.

There is fiber in this diet...eating leafy greens...but they really want you to stay away from most veggies and fruits..
So you have to supplement it with an outside fiber ptoduct of some sort.

Not really it uses body fat for fuel instead of carbs..

But one does have to be careful and slowly adjust into it..it seems more of a lifestyle than a diet
