" insert pet peeve" is the real reason for the shootings I love how every wackado politican and non revelent actress is coming out with their pet pevees as the reason for these shootings. I've seen everything from trump, to twitter,to big pharm,to videogames,to white nationist, to...get this ..It's a lack of fathers.. I'm suprised noone is blaming McDonald's new non recycleable paper straws. It's like noone is interested in an actual solution but just wants their two seconds of semi fame. So i now want to throw out my pet peeve...unicorn poo.. Or the equivalent of it..light..fluffy but It's still crap.. I'm talking about quick social media sound bites " journalist" slam together and puke out an anti this or biased story. Nobody wants to do actual research for a story...or God forbid take two second to search if this ass hat shooter had a social media page. It's easier to just run with their own bias and get story out....yep blame trump..yep blame guns..yep blame white people...yep ..check,check,check.. And ofcourse now it turns out this d bag was a huge Elizabeth warren supporter. The other side is saying he is the first antifa shooter...etc.( rolling eyes..really) Can we now look at senator warren comments,speeches and under the microscope for hidden messages?.. Perhaps her coming out officially as a white woman may have emotionally triggered her supporters.. Should the fbi follow her supporters on social media...they might be " terrorist"? I'm not poking fun at the senator...really I'm not.. I'm pointing out the irony and bias of the media.. Remember when the media was quick to label a shooter as a tea party member. Now they can't wait to link this person to some alt right hate . I find it ironic politicans ( like AOC),the media is telling trump he needs to watch what he says or tweets because will trigger his supporters.. Ergo the notion not only is the president a racist but anyone supports him is racist and an unhinged nut job looking to shoot people up.. The media needs to do It's job and stop with the unicorn poo. Research a damn story for christs sake..and quit pushing a narrative. Can we put the blame where it belongs...the shooter...whether an evil prick or a complete nut job. Do we really need to know what party he voted for? Do we really need to know any groups he is affiliated with. It's like everyone from the pres to Congress to the fbi is looking for a boogieman...or in this case boogie people to use a tragedy and go after a group of people. . |

As a child my father acted like a father and not my friend. I've noticed how mother's treat their son's like little angels that never do anything wrong and protect them from anything negative. Every family back when I was raised had a father that served in the military and raised their son's in that style. Now I didn't really understand or like that but I learned and understood as I got older. Mom's and father's both work now and children are protected from any discipline at home in school's or even by law enforcement judging by people dumping water on them in city's in America. Also the president wasn't raised by a military man and it shows . I don't think he understands that idiots really believe the crap he spews. America has no party for the core of it's people just left and right winger's which really isn't that many of us. We haven't had any real choices just the less of two evils. The rich get much richer and the real people now are blaming each other instead of our useless so called leaders. Love each other and treat people like we'd like to be treated, don't be greedy and listen and learn and we'd realize we want the same thing. Thanks for your blog and maybe today will be a good day.

Finding reasons and placing blame aren't solutions . . There is a cause and effect relationship between the lack of regulation of assault weapons in the U.S. and the number of attacks using these weapons. The solution certainly has nothing to do with your armchair psychology.

You can't use cause and effect stats..to make a point. This is how the whole notion that rock and roll or videogames cause violence..came to be It's cherry picking at best and inaccurate at worst. Taking a small sample size and literally applying it to all. So if a greater numbers of boys w/o dad's are violent it must mean the lack of a father is the trigger for the violence?.. That would be like saying since this d bag shooter was a senator Warren supporter...all her supporters are prone to violence.. Or apparently that logic only applies to trump
