no more porn (again)

I don’t know how official this is, but as far as I can tell I am done making adult films of any kind. This is not a business decision, nor is it something I necessarily want to do, but there are more reasons to stop than continue right now, so that’s the direction I am going.

At the top of that list of reasons to stop is the fact that I lost my video editing program when my laptop recently crashed. It is an Apple product, and if you know anything about them you know that things like iMovie eventually become obsolete, and if you somehow lose the program you can’t just get online and download it again. The specifics aren’t important; basically I could film content, but I’d have to find and learn an entirely new editing program, and I don’t have the patience or desire to do that.

My new job, and the hours required might be a hinderance, but with 3 / three days off I would only label it as another fraction of the problem / reason. The fact that I do not have a great place to film also factors into my decision, but as the weather gets warmer that would definitely change. Plus, I’ve been filming in my van and having a good time, even if the clips aren’t necessarily selling well. Sales have been deplorable for quite a while now, and only through a glut of promoting did I make any headway recently. Now that over half of my week is dedicated to physical labor my presence online will once again dwindle, as will my already sad sales figures. Ultimately, making any more movies just isn’t worth the time. I guess I’ll just have to masturbate without pointing a camera at my<b> penis.

</font></b>What I am NOT doing is quitting because I am having issues with pornography, like watching too much of it or anything like that. With all my years / decades in the industry, over-consumption has never been a problem. To this day I can get just as aroused from the sight of a tight-fitting shirt on a woman as I can watching a triple penetration. I am NOT desensitized, nor am I worried about performance anxiety of any kind. It would still be fun to film, and in fact it’ll be another tough (and weird) habit to break, but I am going to. No more filming until I can come up with a good reason to begin again.
