Aviation show! Every day i have my own aviation show! I so much love that. It is part of my morning ritual, feeding the birdies. I have a bunch of different birdies! Every sort has her own favorite food! And i a supply all that! I am one big softie, when it is about "my" birdies! Dont know all the English names.... sorry. Blackbirds, one robin, and all kind of different birds. Love to watch them, that makes me happy, it are the small things in life, that give joy, and hope... fulfillment. On a small scale.... 😊🧚♀️ |

I have daily rituals with an adopted feral cat we keep indoors. I think it makes her feel more secure knowing a routine

the small things in life can have an amazing impact. It is calming and gives clarity to the conjunctions of trauma and business in our daily lives. Two seconds in our day can make challenges insignificant and easily handled.
