Things you can do.... To reduce the stress in your body and thus mind.... You have to comb your hair before you do this. No music, no distraction, no iPhone. You go sit somewhere comfortable, without the ability to be bothered with other people or such... you put one hand on the back of your head, and one on the front. Then very slowly you bring those hands together, spread your fingers doing so, going through your hair, and over you scalp... You repeat this, also from the side of you head, and repeat it. Untill you did do a full circle all over your scalp... Then you sit and enjoy the feeling and relax.. Feel. |

ARomanticSadist, You could try wax, for hair, ofcourse! Or very strong gel..... Or do what i did, put the scissors in all that hair... Just cut a bit, and stop, watch what you did and maybe cut some more.... Less is more, in this case, defenitly.! Or put the hair clipper on it! Bé bold! I hope this head massage make you feel good....
