I had a great sunday, It was a sunny day, although it took untill 11 oclock to be really nice and warm. My accupuncture lady is leaving the country, due to the work of her husband. They are to live in New Zealand. So, to finish things of, she asked me to have some plants out of her garden. I Love Ferns!! and she has a lot. So i took some Ferns and some medicinale hebrs too. I went back to my place, and just sat outside in de sun, doing small jobs in the garden. Some digging, again. Listen to the radio, the Tour De France was on and i love to listen to that! I have been on my racing bike through France, from Holland, it was a great adventure. I have been on some very steep mountains too! I loved it, was scared to bits in the mountains, but would not have missed it. Did that a couple of years, with a friend. He was fluent in France - i am not, so much... Just the two of us on our bikes, camping. On the bike, every day, our goal was 100 kilometers a day! So watching, or hearing the Tour De France has a special meaning for me. It was a great, easy sunny day! 😘☀️ |

Sounds like a lovely Sunday.  I had a very relaxing and lazy Sunday. I did close to nothing and am good with that.  Ars longa, vita brevis - Art is long, life is short

Nice day! Your lucky farmer here my crops, garden ploys ruined by past remnants of tropical storms and hurricanes!Three states from the Gulf of Mexico! Crazy weather as every year in the USA! Plus severe weather events as well as straight-line winds 80 MPH good times just 15 trees down out of thousand no damages to the house, barns TG! Have some survived vegetables, sunflowers around the house in raised flowerbeds go figure! Today is Sunday I still and had a good day too! Sun here from fires west coast brilliant sunsets for weeks! Great sunset too brilliant bright orange photos as the sunsets in the horizon! I know this is a disaster somewhere! Have a great day!

Sounds like the perfect Sunday Rosa. I too was in the garden making room to divide hostas and my daughter gave me ferns for along the fence. The mums are in full bloom and look spectacular. i did not think they survived the winter but they are double the size of last year.

I am glad that you had a good day ! Le Tour has been pretty good this year even the TT was exciting which I generally find boring ! I have cycled most of my life & recently bought myself an electric bike & that was a really good decision, you still have to pedal but it just helps you on the tough bits !!!

olderdaddy, Ah, hostas! here the snails eat them all! i love ferns! have some in my front and back garden, and now i have even more, from my dear friend Lily! Yes, some plant stay underground during winter time, and in spring, you will see them again! I love perienial !!!
