Yesterday, It was a lovely sunday. I had a full agenda planned, but then again, i thought; you never know how long it will be sunny, so lets take it all in. It was a lovely lazy sunday, just sitting in the garden, in the sun, the stray cat came lying on the terrace too. Read a novel, going inside to fetch a drink or something to eat, just chill! I even got some tan! Today is a whole other pancake! My god! It is never stable weather in Holland, it drives me nuts! ( i lived for a short while in Portugal and Spain, it was all days, all weeks, all months sunny days!) Even in so called winter times, it rained like mad! BUT after the rain, there came the sun out again, everyday! I felt at ease there, because of the weather... loved it! Yesterday was good, lovely, fantastic. today is autumn again! bleagh This is going on, all "summer", what "summer" how you mean"summer"? |

The weather does affect my moods. Right now it's very hot and humid here plus we're moving into the heart of hurricane season. FL is lucky with many sunny days.

It is good to see you here again. I've been scarce myself, so it's a pleasure running into old friends. It was hot, hot, hot last week and now we are in for several days of rain. I don't complain about "normal" weather anymore.

The summer so far in my corner of the northeastern USA has been 95% awful. Humid, temps over 90F and rain, rain, rain. July had 28 days of rain. We have had about 5 days of decent weather since the start of June. The weather has been more akin to southern Louisiana which is tropical. BostonBoi, Oh, man, i feel.for you. We had some days, with only 4 hours of sunshine... Most days, no sun at all, clouds, yeah, a,lot of them.... Too cold, or too wet, and when it is hot, it is way to hot!! My whole vegie planting season is kaput. I love gardening, not so much now. For two years i cant eat from my garden, due to the weather... Not funny!
