Qatar? Not being a football fan. Once, i went to a Dutch footbal match, because my partner of that time, like football. I rather watch Rugby. Anyway, Here in Holland there is this one football coach, trainer, i dont know his name/ function/ job Is against this whole Qatar football game, "getting football to Qatar", so people, the locals, want to play football too...  amp;In a country where it is far above 34 degrees, Celsius! Right! Totall madness. Now, the building of this Arena, did cost 2600 peoples lifes! 2600! These people comes from India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka. Migrant workers. They have no insurance, no labour rights, no protection, what so ever... I cant understand, how people can go, to that stadion, to those games while they KNOW, or at least SHOULD KNOW, about this Even the most horrible bad newspaper of Holland, has a article about this! Or, watch these games on the telie..... How can jou enjoy football when you know, there is blood in every part of that building? everything is connected with everything! This football coach tells, it is all about the money This world organisation of promoting Football, is only interested in MONEY!! STATUS! iT IS SICK, IT IS unscrupulous! Iit is without any lack of empathy. humanity. It is disgusting! There are also some footbal guys who tell now, i dont want to go and play there! It is not good! I dont want to be part of that! I am soo happy that finally, some of the football guys, too, let their conscience speak. It is a disgrace~! |

. It's the World Cup - organised by FIFA (Federation of International Football Associations) who it has been suggested for a very long time are not averse to the odd backhander / bribe / whatever. It's not a random decision though as to where the World Cup is played. Countries who wish to host it are asked to make their submissions and it's voted on. There are a lot of allegations going as far back as 2011 into the Qatar bid but nothing as yet has been proved.  "People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do."

UR_ fantazee Yes! the FIFA! World cup! Yes! Thank you! It is all politics, and we all know, Qatar does not have womensrights/ LGBTHI+ community rights, human rights! They are voilating any and all human rights in that country. By going there, is saying; oh, we dont mind, you are voilating any and all human rights! You can do, what ever you want, we wont mingle in that, we wont take a stand, at all, as long as you pay, so we can make a big show, about this world cup game, we will look the other way! Disgusting. And since those migrant workers are not registered, no one knows, who died and who did not... Also, their families in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, or any of the other countries. will never know... only know, the money flow stops.... Only the people, who still work there, know...... slave labour.
