Honey - Garlic, fermented. On the you-tp channel, i found this, it seems to be some old 'medicine', to cure colds, and if you feel a bit 'under the weather'..... I wanted to share with you, all. Raw honey, offcourse ecological, biological garlic, offcourse.. Peel the garlic and cut it in small pieces, put it in a glass jar, pour the honey over the garlic, stir the garlic and make sure the garcil is is totally covered in honey. Be sure, you close the jar very tight, otherwise you will have a mess from the honeygarlic medicine, all over the place. Daily stirring, daily turning the pot, and open the lid every day to let the gas out, It tastes lovely. During this proces, you can see little bubbles surrounding the honey You also witness that the honey will get more liquidly. After 20 days, the medicine is ready for use! You dont have to feel sick, to use it, You can use it every day, if you will.... This man, advised to take one spoon, everyday, before sleeping, it will make you sleep easier, is his experience. You can also drink the honey... if you dont want to eat the garlic..... Or, do both. It is possible that the garlic turns black in the jar, that is perfectly allright, it is all part of the fermenting proces. salud = gezondheid = healthyness! The couple that used this for some years now, have never been sick, ever since.. Just saying.. I am going to use it too! See what happens, beside people dont want to talk to me, anymore, LOL smelling too much like garlic! LOL |

Both honey and garlic are natural antibiotics, good for all sorts of things, and you cant go wrong with either of them, and when together, it can only get better...

Sounds good enough to try! I take honey and Ceylon cinnamon everyday it will be easy just to cut up some garlic and add it to the honey. Thank you I was invited to eat dinner and we were having pork, salad and asparagus. The cook was putting honey on the pork while cooking, ( on a grill), and some got on the asparagus. Oh My goodness the flavor that added to the asparagus is indescribable. Worth a try...

likeithot, Hmm, that sounds delicious!! Yeah, honey can give jus that extra taste to things. You have to wait 20 days, before you can try this 'recipe'....

electros, Aah, Thank you! I have rosemary bush in my garden, i will put some leaves in it. Hmm, tarragon is a lovely herb. i use it in my stir fry cooking.
