Baked some cookies.. I dont know what i did wrong, But they tasted horrible!! I think, i might have mixed up two recipies and made a mess of it! laughs!!! Even the birdies dont want to eat it!!   Aah, well, i can allways try an other time.... |

Rosa, so often I mix this and that and sometimes it turns good, sometimes not so good... my best trials were with spelt flour and some fruits and dark chocolate, made like muffins.. both healthy and tasty... almost impossible to go wrong with that...

I hate to waste as well. I recently made orange marmalade with jalapenos and it was going beautifully ... then I decided to change burners on the stove set at the same place. It seems not even 2 seconds and it was burning... I mixed it all up and still canned it. It does not taste as good as it should, but I still eat it on toast...

Hell I blew up my first attempt at meatloaf last night..lol

ExName, Yes, me too. I sort of half know the recipe by heart, but then, i mixed them up, in my head! This time i wanted to bake a whole oven plate....not muffins.... did it before.... No guarantee!!

jenny indeed, especially when ýou'/ i dont use a real recipe, just wrote some ingredients on a piece of paper, and thats it....... Make it a fantasy cake, cookies, toast what ever! laughs!
