I am a bit sad...... My Casio died on me!  I had him for years, now... At least 30 years! And the most annoying thing, is, i cant put new batteries in it! well, i cant even get the screws out of it! Stupid chinese rubbish! Where do you buy a new Casio? A lot of shops are gone, now, in this village..... Maybe a bookstore? Is it chemical garbage?Or can i put it just in the regural bin?? That kind of questions?!  LOL

Rosa, I hope you will find another one that you will love the same way as this old one... we get attached to stuff, I do at least, and I see you do too... sometimes I thing my earrings that I wear everyday for years now know more about me and what I have been through in my life than anyone else ...

well 30yrs is a long time Rosa l doubt they make them anymore try looking online or vintage shops possibly a electronic repair shop can fix?!

bdsmd, Yes, it is, It was such a nice calculator!  Nothing fancy, just did what he had to do.

izzwatisit, Sure, that was out of pure frustration! i am all for recycle the living day light out of every equipment everyone has... Not this one. Cant stand it, that i cant open it and replace the batteries. It did a fine job, all those years! I am thankful for that.

ExName, Yes, i get attached to the strangest things... i mean, a calculator? I have the same feeling/ thinking about a necklace i wear every day, ever since i found out, why and how, and what i always did miss in my former vanilla relations...life.....

drmgirl The strangest thing is, later on, i thought, nowadays, almost every Iphone or other kind of mobile phone has also a culculator in it...?! So does my phone... never mind! What was i thinking!! LMAO!

Aah, thát is it! Indeed, the feel is what counts, and what i will miss when i use my phone calculator.... Have to think about this.... what is more important... the touch.... or?
