A challenge? The start of the day, was grey, grey, grey.. sighs.... and cold. The wind was at full blast!! I love stormy weathers, when it is dry.... and sunny. I had to run some errands... It was a great challenge to go on my bike and stay on it, hahhaha It was a great challenge! I love challenges.... big and small.... intens or simple.... On my way back, i had to struggle, fight the wind, to stay on my bike i had a great time! There where moments that i thought, i will end in the ditch! It is a very deep ditch!! with steep walls....... I love the sound of the trees, when the wind is at full blast!! It sounds great! Whooosh, whoosh.....

I hope it is still stormy weathers, tomorrow! I will go the the forest, just watch & listen to the trees

I too love the wind blowing through the trees... why I live in a forest! People tell me I should make a larger clearing. I tell them the trees break down the winds from hurricanes. If one looks at the trees on both sides of the cleared road, the tops are ripped out because the trees cut down let the wind blow stronger

izzwat, A peddle bike, ofcourse!!  Got to work the muscles!! I dont really like to walk, but walking in a forest i do like... and i always get, sort of lost... Love it! There is soo much to observe, and smell.. The forest changes all the time.

brandy That was the case, when i went to that shop, i did not need to do any peddling!! On the way back, was a totall others story!

likeithot, They do? We dont have hurricanes, here, i would not know a thing about that... I go walk in, what was once, a production forest, we have a lot of them, overhere in Holland. After they made concrete and did not need all that wood anymore, they, sort of, let the forest do his own thing, it has very wide paths.... The paths are also set up in squares.... But since my mind does not work in squares, i manage to get lost all the time! hahaha

At night I can hear the sound of the ocean waves rolling into shore.......I love that sound!

jenny, Thank you! I always think, people worry too much. Thank you, for being concerned... I am not "allowed" to go to the forest when it is stormy weathers! I am a grown up adult! wth! LOL My daughter and a friend told me so! Not that i really listen to them, i can calculate the risks involved...
