likeithot, That is a good idea, but i know, already, my sister wont do that. she will stay, till the end, with her husband, and will collapse after that.... Months after that, maybe..... I will be there, for her, when she needs me, in the coming months....

TheSubWithBrains, Thank you, for your sympathie, People make sometimes strange choices, and get angry at you, for their choices?  She does this all, in their tiny little house, with a 24/7 care person, for her husband, she walks into their garden, sometimes, but does not leave the house. It is what her husband wants.... I will be there, for her, when this is all over... and she needs support, to handle this all. One of her daughters is very good in taking care of her mother, too. Is there every day. I think a hospice is a very good sort of alternative, if it is not really a good idea, to stay at home, or when that is not possible, for what ever reason. Thank you,

It hurts just to read this, dear Rosa, and I can only imagine how it is right now to your sister, the whole family but also you, sitting aside, feeling useless and helpless. We are all here and feeling for you, sending you good thoughts and best wishes for everyone. Stay well, Rosa... don't tear yourself, please...
