We all need a venue to let our emotions out. It is part of the process of healing. Once healed we can take the opportunity to reflect and learn the things from that relationship that we want and will not accept in our next relationship. It's not always presuming you or they have the golden cock or the bombass pussy, sometimes it is about the emotional connection that is lost.

Some express their venting through revenge sex..."the best way to get over someone is to get under someone" mentality. Others may feel the need to isolate. We can't always know the situations some are in, perhaps they have no other outlet than blogging, or venting on the internet.

We all have our own paths and healing potions.
