 Odd, indeed! I think that's what made me stop and look at her. ...her rosy cheeks (blushing from excitement?). However, now that you mention it I think you're right - wind burn. (Interesting!) ...and those 'teeth'; one between her cleavage too. Simple adornment, yes?

When I first saw this, I immediately thought it was a painting by Odd Nerdrum. ...but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it wasn't.
