During my life I have always had a particular need to torture, or stimulate, my navel. I have tried several things with different results. I have used pins and needles too, but with time I found needles 'too sharp' and at the end they did not give me that special thrill. The most interesting were therefore the pins, disinfected very accurately (I did even put plastic gloves)
In any case this is a quite dangerous activity so it should be really executed with the most possible care.
In general every object piercing the skin can cause damages, so I have shifted on something less dangerous.
I have found some wooden chopstick that gives lot of stimulation without piecing. I use these tools especially on nipples with lot of pleasure.

In fact there not really a ideal shape. perfect shape one that you prefer. I like round and deep, and of course sensitive. I have a really special interests those whose owner in fact a navel fetish.
