I was just assuming I would be in the San Francisco Area for the Thanksgiving weekend, but here I am still in Las Vegas with no air ticket and no packed suitcases for a long drive. So it looks like I will be here. (Las Vegas) The holiday gives me an excuse to visit people I haven't seen in a while. Maybe it would be fun to go to Pahrump. I've been invited to join various friends with wherever they are going (no one is cooking at home, which suits me well) but somehow I am not making any commitments and I seem to enjoy the potential, the freedom of choice among many and if I choose one I become tied to one option and not so feeling free.

Here in Sunnyvale near Lawrence Expressway and El Camino Real there seems to be quite a number of Indian restaurants. And the hotels are not as expensive as I thought they might be. I'm going back home to Las Vegas tomorrow, but maybe I'll find something Indian to eat for Sunday brunch. Please tell me your recommendations as a reply to this blog post. ColneaJoans, (NOT Jones)

How can I have the most fun in Las Vegas tonight? Should I look for a meetup group? a munch? see a show by myself since my beloved is overseas and my 2nd boyfriend isn't answering her cell phone? I need to go for a walk. I did go last night, but today I only took a short one, about 20 minutes, to get some water bottles refilled. An hour daily is better, so maybe I'll go ahead and join the fitness club for a week. Except, I was planning to drive to San Francisco soon ...

I met someone vanilla yesterday, just for fun, a change of pace, vanillans are people too ... y'know. We have some common experience with travel and other interests, lots of fun to talk with at dinner. So, the possibilities for fun these next few evenings I'm in town are presenting themselves to me. aha here i am in berlin germany after sleeping most of the day with jet lag. i just flew in from asia - a twelve hour flight to munich and a change of planes this flight left at midnight local time and i slept just a little on the plane i am about ready to go look for some dinner but somehow i still feel sleepy then tomorrow it is off to a ten day conference , with half a day of free time on August 3 before i fly to austria NOW IN BERLIN GERMANY - WUNDERBAR ! ... ... ( in the area called Charlottenburg )
