The hardest part
I think
of beginning again
Is the allowance
of myself
to become
vulnerable

To shed the things
of old
And things of past
To bare my body
to allow lust
to take me in
to become naked
Inside and out

Allowing myself
To laugh again
smile again
Feel like a woman
again
These are also
vulnerabilities
Shared with One

It is said
A slave should never
waste a smile
looking down
at the ground

Smiles are for
the Master
Just like every part
of me

For now,
I'm comfortable
with being somewhat
vulnerable

I just have to go with it
Allow myself
Some happiness
Take a chance

The hardest part
of being a slave
is the allowance
of myself
to become vulnerable

As I drink my coffee
remembering back
those early days
of submission

My very first Master
All the writing exercises
Questions
that needed to be
answered
Even if they were
uncomfortable questions

Not to judge me
But rather
To know me
The woman inside
Inside my head
Inside my heart
Inside my soul

It's funny how
little I understood
How much time a
Master thinks on
His slave
His property
His most prize possession

Not a thing
But a human possession
More valuable
than gold, emeralds
and diamonds

The level of trust
now
Is the same
As I remember
Fright or Flight
feelings
coming back

It's a journey
and it's one day
at a time
For me,
sometimes
1 hour at a time

Remembering back
to the beginning
Fore, this is the beginning

travelling through
this mind
of mine

Still learning
what He likes
What He doesn't

Its hard moving
at a slower pace
but I trust Him

I'm so anxious
To be in service
again

I miss it
Especially
as the want grows

The desire to please
to give
to help
to listen

The desire to be
that source of pleasure
He runs too

It's not always easy
But it's always
worth it

Especially
when He makes me
do things

Things I want to
put off
or "Do tomorrow"

He sees I need
help in this area
I'm glad

A blanket removed

Suns heat and comforting
feeling

I love how it feels
