For Those Using ALT IM - Are you aware?

For those using ALT IM, if you have not noticed they upgraded and requires you check see if you are showing BUSY status or ON IM status. If BUSY status, you cannot be seen by others and may not be able successfully initiate or contact others on ALT IM. check your status, click on the third icon (looks like cartoon bubble with 3 dots) on top line of the home page after opening ALT IM. It will either show On IM or BUSY. If BUSY (red highlight) , toggle to On IM by hovering over Busy and right clicking on it. It should toggle to On IM (green highlight). Then good to go, enjoy chatting.
