Somewhere in the world tonight In numbers more than one. Are people who cant get out of bed While others gear up for a run.
Too little to eat, too much time on the street Way over paid, far under laid.
Lies sown with glee, Down on both knees. Gazing blindly, Searching kindly.
Ignoring coldly Embracing boldly Getting better Taking a header.
Bouncing with delight Hiding in fright. In darkness and in light Somewhere in the world tonight.

Immortal Love
Somewhere there is a sanctuary from the storm In your arms in the darkness safe from the cold outside I can kiss you until morning tasting the sweet salt of your flesh Roaming your curvaceous body like the wilderness Lost and alone at night under a full moon I will learn how your soft body yields to my touch How you moan and sigh to my wicked thrusts Living a lifetime in a few hours as the black yields to day Forging memories that refuse to die Living on undead Within a graveyard of my mind Immortal love Unbound by space or time.

You have some ideas that suit me just fine But they don't translate neatly to boxes online. Flexible is perfect, come along for the ride. Agreed exploration can't be ruled DOMacide.

Do you wonder where we'll be, What we'll do or who we'll see?
Do you rest in peaceful sleep, Or must you always, a night watch keep?
Do you work best on fad foods like wheatgerm and chai It may be news for science, but 'they say' is not 'I'.
Do you remember that time that I tried......? Yeah, we'll avoid that thought this conversation just died.
It's 3am, I'm eating shrimp chips and blogging poetry at a alternative sex site. Having a bit of a talk with my brain seemed like a rather good idea!

BLUE ON BLUE
Blue on blue before my eyes ocean view on all my sides
her graceful laps caress the shores her salty breath fill my oars
morning new on golden day skies of blue the gentle bay
the blazing sun will soon arise I waken to the seagulls cries
simple meal I will partake grateful zeal my time I take
I am in love her Majesty we are as one my girl the sea

Failure is an option In thought, In word In deed
Failure is an option For what we want And what we need
Failure isn't pretty Looking outside from within
But failure is THE reason We want to try again.
FAILURE FOR THE WIN!

By Light of Day
By light of day, as we wake to see our way the night's rest purging sins from our souls refreshed and giving hope for a better day we resume our paths, as we dig more holes.
By light of day, as we eat, work and play go on our way smiling, dancing like clowns passing time with words and efforts to weigh we build the day, only to end up with frowns.
By evening light, as we recoup in disarray with memories, dark and light, we do stare thinking on tomorrows, come what may we dream and hope of a future with flair.
By nightfall, weary, blessed to sleep in peace retiring to dreams, the mind and soul to keep hearts filled with wishes for a life of caprice we sleep to once again wake, no more to weep.
By light of day, another day brings sweet focus reaching higher to set goals on our path to stay building on the past, as efforts bring us to locus we dig no more holes, as we better learn our way.

do male type grown people wanna get me bitching?
Well, me and anyone else, but of course, I care most about how irritated it makes me!
Why?
That I know of, women don't do this after age 25. Do they?

Sometimes, I wonder.....
....if I really was a butterfly in a previous life
....why men look so much better in short skirts than women do
....why PAZ dyed Easter eggs taste so much better than plain old hard boiled eggs
....if I'm getting better or worse with age
....if the people I love know just how much and how deeply
....if I will make it through all 30 days of April, Natl poetry month so a poem a day, without throwing in the towel
....how come people with many choices are the least fulfilled
....if tap dancing will ever make a comeback
....how good or bad it feels to have someone like you for who You're not
....if anyone else works as hard to differentiate and clarify what goes on in their mind vs what is happening in their brain
....wishes they could talk like someone else at least once a week
....how many months it would take before they stopped doing so
....why I wonder what I wonder when I wonder it instead of just doing something else.
The end.
What?! You were expecting something NASA approved and not so out there?
