I first wanted to craft erotic stories like Anne rice..
But I didn't want those princess,castles,island of paradise..stuff..
I wanted to bring the surreal into a realistic setting.
Marge,aunt bettie..even the lady down the street might own an objectified male.
Which is fun...
But I think I really need to refine my concept of surreal realism.
I talked with this woman on fet that claimed to be a sex therapist and asked the FLR group members if they would share their cbt stories,experiences with her.
Apparently she writes some sorta column???
And wanted cbt to be the topic..
Only one dude replied???
And I thought that ironic..
Men luv to talk about their junk,men luv talking about discipline and fetishes..

Then it occurred to me...
Maybe the problem
Is me..lol...and despite cbt being a lifestyle staple...
It's like that bland potatoe salad that aunt Marge brings to every party.
It's there..but no one is digging in.
Maybe I'm the only one that enjoys cbt..
So I thought it would be hard for someone like a sex therapist to write an article to a vanilla audience on cbt.
Because you have to understand how,why of cbt.
Most people see a kick to the balls as...just pain.
Maybe my niche in erotic writing could be stories...that feature ordinary folks going through these experiences and giving the reader the opportunity to be there,feel it..
From the safety of their own bed..
Maybe that is surreal realism..
Cbt in on that potluck table...I'm wondering if anyone is digging in..
And would you read stories of say an ordinary woman having fantasies..
Of what it would be like to
Say have a male balls under her feet..
And what would she do if she met someone like me..
That could easily let her have that experience....someone to literally walk her through the process of trampling a male...
And that experience would be shared with the reader..

No im not talking sexually..
Over the past few years I have become a complete...
Well asshat..a chad
And refused to let anyone boss me around..
And now this new company that bought us out is
Dicking me around..
And I literally out argued the head of HR..made her look like an idiot
I said what the company is doing is really shitty..
In front of all the stores employees...in an hr insurance meeting
And I honestly let that shit fly..
Without an ounce of fear..
I'm leo..duh..maybe you heard of me
What part of being a chad..
Don't you get...
When I no longer care..yet am the best you got..or will ever get..
Then there is that disconnect.
Fire me,keep me on..
Whatever..
But I am leo..
And you'll never find someone like me.
Worked for the same company for 20 yrs..never took a vacation..was sick like 4 days in 20 yrs..
And made you money.
Nobody out works me..
I make you money..

I wanted to take a moment and address your power as an employee or a potential employee for a new company.
First I'd say look at your state laws..
In good ole bumfuck Missouri...
Employers ...isn't this 2023?..are not required to even give you a lunch break.
Any benefit you are promised is between you and your employer..
And you better get it in writing..
Cause your state probably doesn't care.
I was promised x amount of paid time off..
Missouri says..fuck you...
If I quit/ get fired...I don't get paid for unused pto
If I don't use it...Missouri is gonna let you lose it..
And if the company doesn't want to give you your requested pto off..
Missouri says..fuck you...
The company literally doesn't have to give you squat..
And this is me just reading about the fun labor laws in my state for like 10 minutes..
I'm guessing there are tons more..
I've never been pro unions...esp at places like starbucks...
But..perhaps unions or any employee that wishes to start one..
Needs to bring these facts to light..
Would a union protect my pto..
Would a union have fought back against voluntary wellness programs...which are neither voluntary nor a wellness program.
Would a union actually protect an employee that had real concerns at work..
At my job we have literally under 500 employees..and like 2 HR people..
That will never return your phone calls..
And even if you do get a job perk in writing..
Do you have the resources to fight the company..
My advice...and oddly I'm starting to sound like a gen z person..
Or Peter from the office space movie..
Don't give a company your loyalty,your time ( overtime is not worth it) or your passion..
Never get comfortable and always look for something better.
And remember...people bash gen z..call them laxy,don't wanna work..
Meanwhile their starting wage
May be closer to yours..
So yeah I most likely will get fucked out of 22 days of pto,my insurance will go up 960 dollars etc..
And yes I will get a job somewhere else..
Cause your state don't care,your employer doesn't care..
And if you thought I checked out years ago..

In my last blog I talked about our spineless government and how they allowed big business to implement " wellness" programs.
My current employer wanted a blood draw..
I refused...they put an 80 dollar a month..penalty...960 dollars a year increase in my insurance.
Mind you..it's not a " penalty"..it's a " surcharge"
And for daring to talk about such things..
All 3 of my comments got denied..
Yet none of them violated TOS..
So how is this game played?..
Is there really admin on here...
Or is it like youtube,Yahoo etc..where anyone
that disagrees..can report/flag or Karen you.
And your hard work is now removed.
