Some new year gym tips

It's that time of the year where tons of people contemplate going back to the gym..
But unlike most twinks on tiktok, I've been lifting for 20 some odd years..
So I thought I'd give some simple tips
1. Fancy gyms? Why waste your money? For 75 percent of the population a planet pizza sorta gym is more than equiped for your needs. Why pay 100s of dollars???
I not a paid spokesman for the company. Just expressing my thoughts..unless you can bench 3 plates..then your good.
2. Less is more...sure I'm saying don't live at the gym.
But what I really mean there comes a point where you can only get so big naturally..
I think it's better to be smaller,lighter so the muscle stands out better..
So I'm 216.lb.in my bulking/ fat stage...did nothing to get me bigger..well in the belly..
But I'm better looking dropping below 200lbs..
So if you want to be " big"...sometimes it's just a matter of prospective..then get smaller. Remember you looking for a certain look..your not there to be a bodybuilder
Dropping a few pounds can change your body image.
3. The gym can seem like a prison...esp at planet pizza where they only got like 4 smith machines and some chick is doing an hr long butt thrust day hogging it..
Like bro where can I bench if all the benches are being used?
But don't fret....let the fluff bunnies and lunk heads clog up the free weights..
Be smart and Hogg the cable machines...
On a simple cable machine you can do exercises for biceps,tris,lats,delts,back,pecs..
And you will get a better work out.
Fuck I did a standing row and it literally hit my lats better than the cable rowing station.
Cables are great because they give you constant tension as you work out.
4. Weight loss is a bitch...and the irony is it usually occurs on the kitchen table and not the gym. I can lift like a mfer for a hr and not drop any weight..
Lifting is for strength,size..it won't reduce that belly or ass.
Cardio is helpful but...
I think it just helps stoke the fire/your metabolism ..instead of really dropping the big time lbs.
I'm talking about the average Joe at planet pizza that hops on the tread mill for 30 min to an hr..
Instead consider what you eat and how much you eat..
By this I mean look up the GI scale of food on the internet
It will give you the natural break down of these foods in your system...the longer it takes,the more likely it is to be stored as fat.
It's the basis of ALOT of the fad diets of the 2000s
So there is no need to spend $$$ on specific keto this or that

If you've been reading along
You might know that I literally
Stopped wanting Christmas presents
When I was like 9 yrs old..
No cap..I was always very self aware as a .
By then
I was old enough to really grasp how poor
My family was. We grew up on welfare and didn't have a lot.
My dad was disabled from a fall at work
So it shaped my personality.
I became the guy that didn't need anything
I became literally the guy that doesn't splurge on myself..
I live a modest lifestyle. I'm a small house kinda guy..a self professed minimalist
The best gift I got?
Probably growing up poor and realizing Christmas wasn't about everyonelse on the block getting a lot of presents..
And me? Not so much. Which might have jaded some people with jealousy.
But not me.
At age 9 i realized Christmas is about family,love,spending time together..
At 55 that sorta hits me hard.. my family is long since past.
But don't cry for me.. I still see my dad every time I watch a Christmas carol..oh how he loved watching that story.
I fondly remember my mom making a billion sugar cookies and we got to put cake icing on top for decoration..
I'll never forget my big bro Tim. He died a horrible death to skin cancer
Best gift given?
You probably gonna think it's something silly..I used to work at toysrus..so it might be a cabbage patch doll? A furby? A tickle me Elmo?
Did I play Santa and give a some hard to get toy?
Nahh..
My childhood shaped me into who I am today..
You might see me as an insensitive prick..
But I'm also the guy that would take off a shirt,a coat if you were freezing.
Me? I'm tough..I don't mind being cold
All I care about is you being warm.
I became a giver..because my needs are few..
The best gift I ever gave?
My parents were poor..they drove a beater car,it had holes in the floorboard..,the local mechanic that hooked them up with cheap repairs to keep it going...sorta stopped
Twenty years ago I used 10,000 and bought them a car. I literally emptied my bank account ..
Bamn dropped 10 g like it was nothing..
did that make me a big shot?
Did that make me the man? Dropping that thick wad of cash?
Was I rich? Was I a professional? Did I drive a new car myself?
No..no..and
No
Did I ever have 10 grand in my bank account ever again?
Nope..
I gave cause
For once in my damn life
I could
I'm a giver..and i freely gave..didnt hestitate for one second
Money means little to me..
Cause I grew up poor.
And it was the greatest thing I have ever done..
Finally my parents could just breathe
and for once not worry about that damn old car..
Finally for once...they didn't have to be
Poor
It was my way of thanking them for all the did for me.
Some people become jaded over material things..
And it shifts and twist them into horrible people..
It becomes their whole focus in life..
Maybe then
It was better to grow up poor.

So in essence ladies you can easily pull guys,you can easily have sex..
That's why it's not a priority.
You don't need men for " sex"... you need them for status...you need that accesory..that ken
So you level up and try to get the 10 percent, the guys every woman wants..
Don't believe me..look at the stats from a site like tinder. All the women only want that 10 percent of men on these dating sites
2. Gamer girl
And to be fair...chad doesn't even need to be a stud..
Women ( no offense) will always social climb or ( glom...my term @ copyrighted..lol)..

Being with him immediately raises her status in any group setting and puts the focus on her.

And yes the bro ...even a top nerd gamer..will cheat on you
Because..like you...he can pull any woman..sex is easy..sex isn't his main focus..

Women assume he is emotional broken because he doesn't want a commitment..this top 10 percent won't seal the deal so you can lock it down.
Hell chad is not only above you..he plays the girl game to his advantage..he plays it better than you
Why should he commit when he can have any woman..
And like you...doesn't he have the right to be picky,why should he settle? Why can't he go after the top 10 percent of women?

I ponder this question...
Can the lifestyle change to be more " user friendly"?
At first
I thought there was that " 50 shades" moment . People outside the lifestyle actually being interested in it..
But that sort vanished
Now? I don't know what to think..
Hell it hard enough to get people in the lifestyle to listen and understand..

I'm not a star..
But like most I dare to dream.
I've actually given it some thought though...of what it would really take to succeed in an industry.
My advice
1. Do something creative first ( like blogging)..
Get an understanding that your nobody,a small fish,replaceable.
Your not a star. Nobody wants to read your shit.
Only after you let go of your ego
Can you truly start to listen
Open your ears,open your eyes,close your mouth
..listen to how the machine really works. Listen to the cogs turning.
Listen to that heart beating.
Before you prepare to dominate, you must first know how to play the game.
How does the industry,the company,the website operate?? What are the rules? The expectations,the parameters that I am allowed to operate in?
How does the industry help or restrict my creativity?
What are the hurdles..the challenges I must face
2. Examine your competition
I feel way too many people cranked out a wizard's novel in the 2000s cause harry potter made billions. They assumed it was the subject matter and not the talent of the author
They assumed it was a trend.
Tell me how many other wizard books did you buy?
I think way too many people get caught up in trends. They want to flip " books" instead of writing them.
Too many just want to copy whatever content is currently getting the most clicks.
I'm saying don't copy..
Open your damn eyes
Realise it's not the book,the video,the game,the art that your need to study
Rather realise who you are competing against. The person,the author,the content creator..The man behind the curtain..
I think the easiest way to present this concept is..

You want to start a channel and hope to become a pro gamer
You realise that yeah the industry is rigged..

Yep your boy said that to a scammer yesterday on fet. I'm such a " scuff demon".
A few quick ways to tell if someone is a scammer..
1. One pic in the profile...in this case just a foot pic used as the profile pic.
2. They are from here...but where's here...in this case its some generic location like missouri.
3. Maybe some grammar mistakes/ poor english
4. A short profile with interest that pop..like strapons,pegging,cbt
5. Their onsite activity.. In this person's case they literally liked 50 random pics from guys from missouri
In 1 day
Which is rare
But sus AF..
And I had a brief conversation with this " woman"..
To which she enquired why I was on fet.
I trolled by saying...
I like looking at pics
I figured this scammer might catch on..
She then replied...looking at pics?
(Went over her head apparently).
I then said " do you always show the " grippers" ( feet) for free"?
There was no reply ( sigh)..maybe she had other fish on the line
I typed in ...sheila??
She replied...yes
( WARNING MIC DROP MOMENT..in 3,2,1...
I know you like pics too. You've been looking at 50 of them today and contacting 50 men ( potential ).
One word of advice Sheila, you don't show feet pics for free. You make the customer pay for them..
And I was blocked.
