Is it just me or has anyone else of the 2 million + alleged members noticed that the quality of the site and the customer service support has REALLY gone downhill here lately? I spent an hour on the phone with "john" (not his real name) who REFUSED to address ANY of the issues I reported and just ARGUED with me!!! And for THAT they want us to give them money? sigh...... If every gold member suspended their paid account for just ONE MONTH then maybe they would take notice!
