Every day i have my own aviation show!
I so much love that.
It is part of my morning ritual, feeding the birdies.
I have a bunch of different birdies!
Every sort has her own favorite food!
And i a supply all that!
I am one big softie, when it is about "my" birdies!
Dont know all the English names.... sorry.
Blackbirds, one robin, and all kind of different birds.
Love to watch them, that makes me happy, it are the small things in life, that give joy, and hope...

chicory,
eggs, raisin, apple vinegar, apple, banana, tangerine, onion, garlic, mustard, some plain yoghurt, or mayonaisse, you can also use some raw nuts, like walnut or some other nuts you like!
chop them too, if you like..., and put them on your plate, not in the salad.
some lime juice.... ginger powder.. maybe...?
additional; some chickpeas, or rice... soft cheese is also a possibility... or fish
You dont have to put all the ingredients in there, just what you like, your taste!
Boil the eggs, i do 10 minutes, chop the chicory, get the bitter core out of it.
I make small chips of it, chop the onion, garlic, apple all in small pieces,
make the dressing, with the mayonaisse and the plain yoghurt,
or just the apple vinegar & lime juice .
use some tender herbs, because of the taste of the chicory..
so.. maybe some pepper, some salt maybe?
majoram, oregano, not too much, otherwise the herb taste will be too strong.
