The rules, since they have apparently been forgotten!
1) Just because you no longer wanna play with a friend doesn't mean I have to stop liking them.
2)We do NOT attack each other at the school of hard knocks.
3) We do not air our dirty laundry on our blogs regardless of how thinly we veil it!
4) Just cuz you think no-one knows what you're talking about, don't make it so!
5) Petty ain't pretty!
6) History is called that for a reason. It is the PAST. Time will bury it on it's own, you don't need shovels of anger to help it along.

MrMalaprop52 has been back for a whole 5 3/4 hrs and he's already managed to tag me. Slick one he is....watch out for him!

Anyone with an acct at the main sister site to this one needs to go check out the blog of luvpump. (looks like ass but with a double F).
Apparently he's a hot shot around these parts and he lists upgrades, changes, security stuff in the works...it was fascinating! It all seems to apply here as well.

Tagged and paying it forward

I've been tagged by hisfetish in her recent post [post 183444].
So now it falls to me to choose my three favorite blogs (that haven't already been tagged or tagged me)and say something nice about them. Narrowing it down to 3 won't be easy as I have about 15 in my watched blog list and have found so many that I enjoy reading daily. Some for the joy they bring me, some for their shock factor, some for the many things I learn from them, and some for their incredible writing skills. I will not include anyone I know has already been tagged, regardless of how much I enjoy them.
There is one that should be on here, but I will not post it. I read this persons blog occasionally because they say the most beautiful, heart rending, loving and soulful things at times. They sucked me in at one time and I was very touched and hopeful about the things they wrote and the way they expressed themselves but.....they are not a nice person and I read it occasionally only to remind myself what should be a good thing isn't always. Without kindness as a core principle, an open heart can soon become a black hole.
So instead I use my time wisely and enjoy.....
The thoughts, horniness, humor, craziness, verbose ranting, politics, fish stories, grammar, movie lines, nonsensical titles, book/street/people smarts, and complete openness of orderup makes me grateful everyday that I am not the only one who has 15 people in my head who don't know how to shut the hell up...and come to think of it....have some really good ideas. He delights me even when I have to re-read the post 4 times to understand just what the hell he is really trying to say. He sneaks stuff in so subtly, I think he may be former CIA. He is my wild east coast male side in so many ways he doesn't even know how funny it is. He happens to be an almost dead ringer for the first man I ever loved. He also has a Doctorate in parentheses usage!
The extremely intelligent, beautiful, soulful, and well spoken DominaDelight never fails to amaze me with her clever word play, sweet loving heart, appreciative wonder in the beauty around her, and ultimate control of her self and those she loves. She is a true credit to all that is Woman.
The open heart, sweet musings, drop you to your knees intelligence, sometimes confused and almost childlike wonder, self deprecation, sorrow, passion for purring, outright refusal to live in the past-but instead learn from it, joyful discovery, and loving kindness of all around him, make snarkly71 one of my most treasured souls. He has captured a piece of my heart that will forever belong only to him. He is my kindred spirit across the ocean, and I adore him beyond words.
I am truly blessed to know such people!

16. 3 people who have died who you wish you could talk to one more time and why:
John(my sons father) - To tell him that as bad as he was sometimes, he was my soulmate, I loved him and always would and that had I know that it was his last night in earth, I would have let him sleep with me so he wouldn't have been alone. After years of fighting, we made peace about 2 months before he died suddenly, but one of the last things he said to me (in his oh so melodramatic way) was that I broke his heart that night and he would never recover. He died of a heart attack about 4 hrs later.
Barb-My friend from high school, who was trying to get back into my life and away from the serious druggies she was running with. I totally blew her off when she appeared out of nowhere and wanted to go out one friday night. She was and murdered that same night. I would tell her I am so sorry and I miss you. I was a bigger ass for turning my back on her than she could ever be.
Mother Teresa-never knew her, but I sure would have liked to. I would tell her thank you for being an example to us all.

I'm 3 behind on my tags.....2 from hisfetish, but I still feel like shit at the moment and can't stop coughing long enough to get them done.
As I was suffering through my day at work, I get an email from above name tagger very gently suggesting **insert unladylike snort here** that if I'd lay off the damn cigarettes I'd feel a whole hell of a lot better, a whole hell of a lot faster!
Now anyone who would turn down free medical advice from a qualified professional is just an idiot in my book, especially when it comes to you without a bill but.........
Damn, I just hate it when she's right!
It would help my excuse making if she wasn't, right so bloody often.
