Does this mean he thinks "rogue cops" and "bad apples" should have full immunity too? NO, the law is the same for everyone.
If a President has full immunity, that makes him a dictator to do anything they want. That was why we fought a Revolution to break away from a King doing anything he wanted to us. That is why the Constitution is set up with three branches. So the president CAN'T do anything he wants.
He's admitting he crossed the line.
